How does the drawing work?
Every hat purchased through the Timberline online store between September 1 and September 30, 2026 earns one entry. Buy more hats, earn more entries. With only 200 hats in this run, there are a maximum of 200 possible entries total.
Who gets the entry — the buyer or the person receiving the hat?
The entry belongs to the purchaser on the order, regardless of who receives the hat.
When will the winner be announced?
The drawing closes September 30, 2026. The winner will be contacted directly using the information from their Shopify order within a reasonable timeframe after the close date.
What exactly does the winner receive?
A personalized Golden Snowgoose Discount Card valid from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027. It includes 15% off full-price merchandise and an additional 10% off sale merchandise at all Timberline retail locations and online.
Can I use a discount code on this hat?
No. This hat is excluded from all discounts, promotions, and promotional codes including WELCOME15.
What if I return the hat?
Returned or refunded hats forfeit their entry. Returns submitted after September 30 will be processed normally but will not reinstate an entry.
Golden Snowgoose Discount Card Drawing Details:
Each qualifying hat purchased through the Timberline online store from September 1 through September 30, 2026 earns one entry into the Golden Snowgoose Discount Card drawing. Entries are awarded per hat purchased, not per order. The entry belongs to the purchaser on record in the Shopify order. Entries are non-transferable regardless of who receives the hat.
Only completed online purchases qualify. If an order is canceled or a qualifying hat is returned or refunded, the corresponding entry will be removed from the drawing. Returns or cancellations submitted after the drawing date will not affect entry validity; however, the hat must be returned and the refund will be processed without reinstatement of the entry. Purchases made after September 30, 2026 do not qualify, regardless of remaining hat availability.
One winner will be selected following the close of the drawing and contacted using the information provided with their Shopify order. If the selected winner does not respond within 14 days of initial contact, Timberline reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
The Golden Snowgoose Discount Card is valid from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027. It provides the winner with 15% off full-price retail merchandise and an additional 10% off the current marked price of sale merchandise. The discount applies across all merchandise categories and may be redeemed at all Timberline retail locations and through the Timberline online store.
The Golden Snowgoose Discount Card is non-transferable and may be used only by the selected winner. The winner will receive a personalized photo card for in-store purchases and a unique discount code for online purchases. Neither the card nor the online code may be transferred, shared, or used by another customer.
Online orders placed using the unique discount code must be submitted by and for the selected winner. The discount code will be configured for single-customer use within Shopify. Orders determined to involve unauthorized use of the code may be canceled. Sharing the card or discount code, allowing another customer to use either benefit, or otherwise misusing the Golden Snowgoose Discount Card may result in immediate revocation of the card and all associated discounts for the remainder of the promotional period.
Golden Snowgoose Discount Card savings cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, offer, or promotional code. This limited-edition hat is excluded from all discounts, promotions, promotional codes, and sale pricing.
